On Tuesday (18/12/2014), the Information Service and Complaint Handling Division on Pusat Informasi, Dokumentasi, dan Keluhan (PIDK) held annual meeting to discuss matters which have connections with PIDK’s 2015 work programs. This meeting also serves to held a Management Review for PIDK’s activities in 2014. This meeting were held in the Meeting Room on the Rectorate Building’s 2nd floor corridor.

The meeting attended by Head of PIDK Dr. Tjahjanulin Domai, MS, Chief of Information Service, Complaint, and Mailings Sub Division  Muji Riyanti, SE, and staff  of the information service and complaint handling division.

This annual meeting is important to be held, because with this meeting, we can evaluate our activities on the year 2014, and plans for 2015. With which, can be hoped that PIDK’s main duty and functions can be applied successfully.

Opened by Chief of Information Service, Complaint, and Mailings Sub Division  Muji Riyanti, SE, this meeting then followed by presentations of PIDK’s activities in the year 2014, which includes Consumer Satisfation Index for PIDK, the achievements on PIDK’s Quality Targets, and explanations about UB’s Internal and External Audit which PIDK has taken participation at.

The next agenda were evaluating and continuation from PIDK’s work program on the year 2014, which presented by each corresponding staffs. Lastly, in this annual meeting, PIDK discusses work plan for 2015, which includes the scheduling and also revisions if needed.  This meeting were held successfully and each staffs also actively participates and gave their ideas for the 2015 work program.
