Procedures for Obtaining Public Information

Simple Guide Application UU KIP

Step 1. Applicant information public information requests to public bodies, either verbally, or by mail or electronic mail (e-mail). Demand can also be done by phone.

Step 2. Applicant information must mention the name, address, subject / type of information requested, the form of the requested information and ways of delivering the desired information.

Step 4. Applicant information must ask for proof of the PPID in the public body that has made a request for information, as well as the registration number of the request.

Step 1. Submission of the dispute to the internal public body concerned, where the steps are as follows:

Request Public Information.

Step 1. Objections submitted to superiors Documentation and Information Management Officer (PPID).

Step 2. Bosses PPID must give a decision / response to the filing keberalan later than 30 days after receipt of a written objection. If the boss PPID strengthen decision subordinates the reason lertulis included with the decision / response is

If submitting a dispute to settle on the decision of superiors PPID, the dispute is over.

Submission of the dispute to the Information Commission conducted no later than 14 working days from receipt of the decision / written responses from superiors PPID.

If the complainant is not satisfied with the verdict dispute boss PPID, the dispute can proceed through the Information Commission.
